Shipping & Returns Information

Shipping:

- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8 on all orders, regardless of size or weight. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped to ensure it arrives safely.

- Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer free in-store pickup on all items (excluding Berroco products) within 24 hours of your purchase. Simply select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Returns:

- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we’re happy to accept returns on products in their original packaging.

- Please note that returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are missing their original packaging.
